Products we manufacture are shipped with descriptions such as “Wood furniture for toy, Tokyo Marui AKM.” In most cases, there are no issues with EMS International Shipping; however, we have experienced some problems in certain countries where shipments are held at customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate each country's laws, regulations, and customs procedures in advance. Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility for issues that may occur after the shipment has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it, but the customer will be fully responsible for the cost of reshipping. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. To help avoid customs-related issues, we now offer FedEx International Shipping as an option. Compared to EMS, FedEx provides a more secure import process; however, the shipping fee is higher and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. (Shipping fees start from ¥14,000 JPY and vary depending on your country.) Please consider this option and ensure you are aware of the conditions before choosing your shipping method.
